Refund policy

We offer a 30 days-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility & Exceptions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-refundable items: For hygiene reasons, Earrings are non-refundable unless fautly.

How to Return an Item.

  2. If your return is accepted, you will need to post the item back to us at your own expense. Returns must be sent to:

          K&E The Jewellers, 99 Clayton street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 5PZ

Refunds

If you require to return you item you would need to pay for the cost of the return. We don't currently offer a free returns service or the option to exchange unwanted items.

If you do want to return your purchase, we would suggest using trackable service, as we can't guarantee that your item will be received.

Once we have received and inspected your item, we will email you to confirm this.

Once we have processed your return, your refund will be processed back to the original card used to make the purchase. we will aim to do this with in 5 working days.

Please allow for your own banks processing times in addition to this.
